My Wife’s Accent Is Not Country!

It’s hillbilly.

Those of you who are privileged enough to know Courtney, probably know her as the quiet, refined and beautiful lady that she is. However, when she gets tired (or it’s just us hanging out) her roots come out to play.

The other day we were in Jacksonville, FL and were looking for a Sam’s Club.

I thought her accent was so cute that I had to record it and show it to you.

She didn’t know I was filming her so shhhh don’t tell her.

This is not just my opinion by the way.

One day someone told her, “I don’t think you have a country accent” to which she said, “Thank you”.

Then the person replied, “It’s hillbilly”.
