So what is delegation?

Delegation is when you prepare someone else to succeed in doing a task that you either do yourself or oversee.

If we are going to take this church to the next level, then we have to master the science of delegation.

How To Change Someone

Currently at Family Life Church, we are in a series called “Wasted”.

Last week in our Life Group, I asked Bryan who is a life coach and great leader, what he does when he sees someone wasting their life.

In essence he replied, “You have to ask them the right questions.”

As a leader, this rang so true.

When you ask people the right questions, the answer they come up with is their idea, as opposed to you providing them with what the obvious answer would be.

People only sell out to what they buy into.

What Happened When I Used The D-Word of Leadership
