The First Female Internet Campus Pastor (Interview)

We have been talking about our new Internet Campus recently and I want to take time to introduce you to the Internet Campus Pastor, Bernadine Young (twitter, blog). We recently found out (via a tweet from DJ Chuang) that she is most-likely, the first female Internet Campus Pastor ever!

CHRIS As a leader who is a woman, what advice would you have to other female leaders out there? Specifically, those that work in contexts that are dominated by men?

BERNADINE I truly believe that women make an impact on our world through their leadership. The best advice I could give others is to do what you do with the confidence and gifts that God has given you, You are unique in what you can do for the Kingdom and as long as you do it with all your heart, you are successful!
