As the Lead Pastor of Family Life Church, I am away from my family (many times) 12 hours a day. Even when I am off, I am never really off, I’m on call 24/7.
Researchers say it is comparable to being a doctor in regards to time commitment and stress level.
Don’t get me wrong: I love what I do and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
However, my family and I really look forward to vacation.

I like to refer to delegation as the “d-word of leadership”.
